Are you new to grant proposal writing? Learn the basics of grant writing for nonprofit organizations at a free workshop being offered by the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County. Mike Bialaszewski , Grants Manager for the City of Rochester Police Department, will discuss how to identify funding sources, assess and define a project, understand timing and grant cycles, submit and manage grants and be a better grant writer. Mr. Bialaszewski has over 30 years of grant writing experience, and regularly teaches classes on the fundamentals of grant writing.
